Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jewel of India Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
