Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jewel of India Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to build strong relationships.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
