Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at India Chaat House and Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise and train food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
* Establish and implement effective work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
* Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
* Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
**Requirements**
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
