Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller to join our team at 13549879 Canada Inc. as a key member of our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall business objectives and goals.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
