We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at 13549879 Canada Inc. as part of our restaurant chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
The Corporate Controller will supervise a team of 11-15 people.
