Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at 13549879 Canada Inc. as a key member of our restaurant chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.

- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youth Employment: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Support for Veterans: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Support for Mature Workers: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
