Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Controller to oversee the financial operations of our restaurant chain. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs effectively.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and develop or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision

Manage a team of 11-15 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
