Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
- Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and develop or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Financial Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Manage a team of 11-15 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
