Position Overview
We are in search of a talented copywriter (also known as Creative / Copy) to join our team. The compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development and Research
- Participate in creative briefings and product information sessions to inform concept development and brand strategy.
- Analyze creative briefs and target audience insights to determine the appropriate tone and style for copy.
- Conduct research and develop strategic content for various projects as required.
Copywriting and Editing
- Craft and refine copy tailored to each project, aligning with the conceptual vision established by the team.
- Review, edit, and oversee all copy revisions to maintain creative integrity from inception to final delivery.
- Communicate necessary copy changes with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership and Guidance
- Contribute to internal creative processes and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Client Engagement
- Present creative concepts to clients and effectively communicate agency recommendations.
- Gather and incorporate client feedback on copy materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A skilled copywriter with less than 8 years of experience across various media, particularly in social and digital platforms.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities, with a holistic approach to leading projects and teams.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-disciplinary environments.
- A confident presenter capable of articulating creative concepts to clients.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A willingness to explore and adopt new tools and methodologies.
- Committed to delivering exceptional work.
