Administrative Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at Exporttek Inc. This role is responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative activities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with data entry and budgeting software
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team at Exporttek Inc.
