Job Description

The role of Senior Industrial Mechanical Engineer is a key position within our Mechanical and Piping Team. Working closely with the Energy and Resources team, you will be responsible for assuming various project responsibilities, primarily in the Oil and Gas and Mining sectors.

In this role, you will participate in the design of materials handling, pressure vessel, process plant, and piping projects across Western Canada. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Canada, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to project deliverables and work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Provide expertise in brownfield and sustaining projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement budgets.
  • Participate in site surveys.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in completing Engineering design work in the Mining and/or Oil and Gas sectors.
  • P.Eng designation or eligibility to become a P.Eng within Canada.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change.
Salary Range

We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
