We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Adviser will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our management team on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, benefits, and compensation to management and employees
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters
  • Manage employee data and information, including performance evaluations and training records
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news and initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve employee engagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Adviser will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 16-20 people. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
