Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including callback management and A/Rs.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Effectively market the company while interacting with customers, promoting our services and products.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and supply maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Must have a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
