We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing imaging procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging, with a focus on MRI technology. You will be responsible for ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards, while also maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A diploma in Health Technology, with a focus on MRI technology
- Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification
- Previous experience in MRI technology, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HoursThis is a long-assignment full-time position, with a 75-hour biweekly schedule. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Compensation and IncentivesThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $34.24 to $39.96 per hour, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
