MRI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing imaging procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging, with a diploma in Health Technology and certification from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). Previous MRI experience is an asset, and proficiency in I.V. insertion is required.
This is a long-assignment full-time position, with a 75-hour biweekly schedule and approximately 12 months of employment. Call and shift work are required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
The hourly rate for this position is $39.96, and successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
