Salary


The estimated salary for this Senior Salesforce Project Manager position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location within North America and Europe, with an estimated 10% travel requirement.



Job Description


This Senior Salesforce Project Manager will lead and directly run multiple key initiatives within the Global IT group. Key responsibilities include:



  • Planning, executing, and controlling all project management activities including scope management, requirements management, coordinating technical design and development teams, testing, communication management, issue/risk management, budget, and resource management.
  • Providing leadership in PM processes and best practices to IT team members.
  • E nsuring information and operational issues concerning project status (schedules, deliverables, costs, risks, issues) passes to-and-from stakeholders, project team, and management.
  • Owning complete project life cycle from definition to completion including deploying sustainable support models.
  • Demonstrating an excellent ability to communicate, lead, and influence teams that do not directly report to PM.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • 8-10+ years' experience in IT project management, PMP certified.
  • 3-5+ years' experience managing Salesforce projects.
  • Proficient in project management practices, a highly effective communicator, and experienced in dealing with managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Industrial Manufacturing, Building Supply sector experience an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise applications including ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Salesforce Sales cloud/Service Cloud, Enterprise Content Management, Collaboration, Financial/Corporate Performance Management, BI & Analytics, B2B and B2C E-commerce, Web/Digital Marketing platforms, Portals, Social, and Mobile Applications.
  • Experienced with the use of PPM tools, such as Planview.
  • Experienced with managing deployments of externally procured solutions, or development through the deployment of in-house built solutions.
  • Working project experience in global companies across various time zones.
