District Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position responsible for the overall performance of multiple Spirit Halloween stores. Key responsibilities include sales growth, payroll management, recruiting and training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink reduction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and be able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and increase revenue through effective merchandise presentation and visual displays
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate scheduling to meet business needs
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing store teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store employees and district leadership
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budget targets
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce shrink and improve inventory management
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical demands of the job require prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
