Sales Manager

Bulldog Nutrition is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales teams to duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of sales teams
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other sales-related issues
- Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client focus, flexibility, and reliability
- Ability to work in a team and provide support to colleagues
- Supports newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
This is a permanent position with a work language of English and 35-40 hours of work per week.
