Sales Supervisor Role

Bulldog Nutrition is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales teams to duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of sales teams
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other sales-related issues
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters
