Job Title: Application Support Team Lead

The Application Support Team Lead plays a crucial role in providing technical support to business units, ensuring seamless operation of Bison's software suite. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Application Support Analysts, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in an information technology discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on business applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical concepts.
