Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Application Development team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications, while also contributing to the development of technical specifications and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to deliver web applications, ensuring timely and high-quality results
  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications, including project planning, timelines, and risk management
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent practices and standards
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of database and systems development concepts
  • Apply Lean/Agile principles and practices to drive project delivery
  • Work closely with the Manager to ensure project success and team performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing web applications
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a development team
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and agile development practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve technical issues
