Insurance Team Lead Opportunity

We're seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for the client experience and team members to join our team as an Insurance Team Lead.

As a key member of our team, you'll flex your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and general insurance knowledge to fulfill our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong, client-focused team by leading, mentoring, and inspiring team members
  • Eager to grow with sales or customer service experience under your belt
  • A problem solver with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
  • A detailed and concise communicator
  • A minimum of 5 years' insurance experience in Personal Lines
  • Level 2 license with preference for a CAIB designation
