Digital Media Planning Strategist for Pharmaceutical Marketing

As a seasoned media expert with a passion for digital health, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and our internal media team. Your mission will be to understand, strategize, and implement effective media solutions, contributing to the achievement of client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define a long-term strategic roadmap for media with key accounts, staying up-to-date with digital media technologies, trends, vendors, and best-practices.
- Understand and stay current with pharmaceutical marketing technologies, trends, vendors, best-practices, and regulations for patient marketing, healthcare professional marketing, and marketing to other healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define a long-term vision for digital media at key accounts and create a step-by-step implementation roadmap for achieving it.
- Provide direction for the implementation of platforms and technologies that reflect best-practices, such as ad serving and data management.
- Develop and adhere to processes that reflect best-practices, including planning, buying, reporting, and optimization.
- Create templates and tools that maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and repeatable excellence.
- Make evidence-based recommendations on channel budget allocation to maximize media effectiveness across channels.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including platform providers, publishers, and networks.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media roles, with a background in strategic digital media planning and experience in key media channels, including Display and SEM.
- Deep knowledge of all digital media channels and their strategic role.
- Knowledge of emerging digital media technologies and channels, such as programmatic buying and native advertising.
- Proven experience defining, communicating, and implementing a strategic vision.
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical marketing is preferred, but not required.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
