We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Media Marketing Strategist to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and digital media, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Description

The Digital Media Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). This will involve:

  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
  • Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote new menu items, events, and promotions;
  • Optimizing website content and structure for better SEO performance;
  • Analyzing website traffic and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions;
  • Developing and managing influencer partnerships to reach new audiences;

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with:

  • Researching industry trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on best practices;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively;
  • Providing regular reporting and analytics to senior leadership.Requirements

    To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the foodservice industry;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
    • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.What We Offer
