Job Title: Construction Cost Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of project expenditures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Analyze tender documents and recommend awards to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction cost estimation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or economics.
  • Professional certifications such as CCM or CCCA.
