**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid/CPR.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Proof of current immunizations, including MMRV and Hepatitis B.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
