Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at London Haveli. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our establishment, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain accurate records of stock levels, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members, focusing on improving their skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and teamwork.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Language: Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages an asset.
This is a full-time position, with a standard working week of 40 hours. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
