Fragrance Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fragrance Ambassador to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving fragrance and accessories sales, and promoting the Cartier brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance and accessories categories, including product knowledge and trends.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
- Support the boutique in achieving and exceeding monthly fragrance and accessories sales targets.
- Partner with Sales Associates to encourage cross-category selling opportunities and build client relationships.
- Act as an ambassador for the fragrance and accessories categories, raising awareness and product knowledge across the boutique team.
- Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, merchandising, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and the Ambassador community to share best practices and drive business results.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge of perfume and accessories categories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
