Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at CODE TECH INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, including:

  • Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues
  • Consulting technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Providing training and guidance to users to improve their technical skills
  • Collecting and maintaining a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Providing support for business systems, networks, and the Internet
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 37.5 hours per week
