Our team is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our growing organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Automotive Service department.

This includes hiring, training, and motivating employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and developing a culture that values excellent customer service.

The role also involves reviewing and implementing Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the customer experience through high-quality service and rapport building.

An additional responsibility will be to develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers.

The Service Manager will coach team members to provide excellent customer service and recruit, develop, motivate, recognize, and hold accountable an Auto Service team that will meet established objectives and targets for sales and profitability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include improving sales and profitability for the Service Centre and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the automotive industry is required, along with a Grade Diploma or GED and excellent computer skills.
