GOLDEN DRAGON HOME DELIVERY SERVICE LTD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing and serving food, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and food preparation. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to kitchen maintenance, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing equipment and utensils.
  • Assist in food preparation, such as washing vegetables, cutting fruit, and heating simple food items.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand when necessary.
  • Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas as needed.
  • Participate in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies, as well as removing trash and recyclables.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset.
  • You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You must be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols.
