About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Associate and Sales Professional to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Associations and Sales team, you will provide senior support in the delivery and service excellence of our team's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for Associations managers and Senior Leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Associations team as needed.
- Complete monthly analysis and reporting.
- Maintain Association record management and account reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly New Business audits for membership in Associations.
- Coordinate accounting and necessary payments, donation matching in collaboration with our Corporate Social Responsibility manager.
- Arrange the creation and execution of all association agreements and sponsorships payments as needed.
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns with Association Partnerships for events, as needed.
- Represent Federated at Associations events as needed.
- Lead/Co-lead key events for Sales, including the Sales Kick and Presidents Council.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education or related work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Exposure to a sales environment is an asset.
