About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Humani HR. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day HR Support: Provide comprehensive support to the HR department, including general HR administration, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including preparing job outlines, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interviews.
  • Software and Records Management: Review and manage HR software updates, and changes, as well as ensure employee and company records are up to date and in compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Skills: Experience with HR systems and programs, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and HRIS (Payworks).
