Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons #9334. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Work Environment

Our café operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
