Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PRESCOTT SMOKESHOP & GROCERY INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
