Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PRESCOTT SMOKESHOP & GROCERY INC. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Inventory Management and BudgetingEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
Quality Control and Customer ServiceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral communication, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
LanguageFluency in English.
