Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at True North Labour Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, as well as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees
  • Balancing period-end reports and reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration
