Human Resources Development Specialist

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a key member to lead our human resources development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing teams. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth.
- Team Management: Lead a team to oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and execute recruitment strategies, and manage training and development programs.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful completion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, judgement, and organization skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English. We strive to create a fast-paced environment that fosters growth and development.
