Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel, working with multiple accounts. They will be responsible for arranging routine and complex domestic and international business travel, adhering to tiered travel policies, and maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air, car, hotel, limousine, and rail travel arrangements through phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate traveler profiles and update information as needed.
  • Assist with researching and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support group travel reservations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commission contracts and ticketing formats.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment.
  • GDS experience in Native Sabre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
