About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with customers, increasing sales, service, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers, exceeding their expectations and building trust.
  • Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's financial objectives.
  • Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets, promoting the company's luxury brand and products.
  • Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
  • Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team, ensuring seamless customer service and sales support.
  • Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, event execution, assortment recommendations, and other initiatives that promote the company's luxury brand and products.
  • Attend all educational sessions, including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars, to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Communicate regularly with personal clients through various channels, including phone, mail, and electronic methods, to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of customers.
  • Minimum of two or more years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
  • Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent language skills and communication abilities.
