About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
  • Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, event execution, assortment recommendations, and other initiatives.
  • Attend all educational sessions, including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Communicate regularly with personal clients through various channels, including phone, mail, and electronic methods, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management to address any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work with and through others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of customers.
  • Minimum of two or more years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
  • Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
