Beauty Advisor/Artist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team at MAC. As a Beauty Advisor/Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience to our customers, educating and delighting them with your expertise in make-up artistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and authentic customer service, combining technical expertise with a passion for people
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impactful in-store events and ensure high standards of visual merchandising
- Develop and maintain a high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
