Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Fragrance Expert

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently demonstrate strong sales behaviors to achieve results and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through follow-up and product knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty product trends and competitors, making recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Participate in special events and promotions, driving sales and increasing brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Passion for beauty products and a strong knowledge of fragrances and skincare
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
