Job Title: Junior Field Service Engineer

Evertz Microsystems Limited is a leading provider of broadcast, film production, and postproduction equipment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel within the US to install and maintain our products at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assess customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality
Requirements:
  • College degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • US Citizenship and eligibility for travel within the US and Canada
