AV Field Service Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AV technology and provide exceptional customer service. As an AV Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning AV systems, providing on-site training to customers, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronic engineering, with experience working with professional AV equipment. You will be part of a high-energy team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission AV systems at customer sites
  • Provide on-site training to customers on the operation and maintenance of AV systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience working with professional AV equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
