Job Summary

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, promoting sales to existing clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide detailed quotes to clients
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Provide input into product design to ensure client needs are met
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and training as needed
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent
