Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at VertX Holdings Inc. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our food service operations.
- Delivery and Logistics: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
