Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at VertX Holdings Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, making adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize resource allocation and minimize losses.
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness due to the demands of the role.
