About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Income Tax Return Preparer to join our team at Tax Aid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing income tax returns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Income Tax Returns: Prepare accurate and complete income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized service.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Quick Books, Simply Accounting, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, MS Windows.
