We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Record Center Specialist to join our team at Access Information Mgmt of Canada, ULC. As a Record Center Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our records center.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery.
- Assist Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
- Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for daily deliveries.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical atmosphere.
- Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
- Forklift and/or pick lift certification is an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Hourly Pay
- Paid Vacation
- Wage rate ranges for this position: $17.00 per hour
