Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert and high-quality legal advice and counsel on pension, employee benefits, and compensation plans, equity plans, and related employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel on pension, employee benefits, and compensation plans, equity plans, and related employment law matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal support and guidance on employment law matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • LL.B. or J.D. degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, pension, and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
