About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team at Payday Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval

Review and approve or reject loan applications, making informed decisions based on creditworthiness and financial stability.

Credit and Loan Documentation

Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Interviews

Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess their financial situation and creditworthiness.

Account Management

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Delinquent Account Management

Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, working closely with customers to resolve outstanding issues.

Sales and Promotion

Promote the sale of credit and loan services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Financial Analysis

Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, credit history, and ability to repay loans.

File Maintenance

Review and update credit and loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Application Submission

Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Language and Work Environment

English is the primary language of communication, and the work environment is based in a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
